SuffolkSpeech is seeking a skilled Collections Assistant to support our collections department with the recovery of outstanding payments. This is a full-time position based in our Stony Brook office. Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate directly with patients regarding their financial responsibility for services received from SuffolkSpeech.

* Document all calls timely and accurately.

* Establish payment arrangements per company policy.

* Manage both outstanding insurance and self-pay accounts.

* Provide status updates to management on account management.

* Assist with other billing/collection duties as needed.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
