Key Responsibilities:
As a dnata Aviation Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks for international passengers before and after their flights, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting electronic check-ins for international travelers
  • Verifying travel documents for both international and domestic flights
  • Assigning passenger seating
  • Ensuring accurate boarding passes are issued for each flight
  • Confirming ticket and seat reservations
  • Matching the passenger manifest with the onboard count
  • Announcing arrivals and departures as needed
  • Providing information to passengers and customers upon request
  • Connecting and disconnecting Jetway/stairs as required
  • Assisting with baggage tagging and claims reporting
  • Keeping updated on all flight schedules during your shift
  • Maintaining communication with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives, and Ground Handlers
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should:

  • Hold a valid state driver's license and any necessary FAA/Airport identification or authorizations
  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate basic computer proficiency
  • Be able to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds
  • Possess outstanding customer service abilities
