Shuttle Driver

Berglund Chevrolet is seeking a Shuttle Driver to enhance our customers' positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customers to their homes or places of business and pick them up after their vehicle is repaired.
  • Use good judgment and safe driving skills to ensure a smooth and secure transportation experience.
  • Keep a timely shuttle route to minimize wait times and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Operate a radio or similar device to communicate with the dealership or other vehicles to report any disruptions in service.
  • Keep a record of trips, including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.
  • Responsible for keeping the shuttle vehicle clean at all times.
  • Assist the porter with parking service vehicles and keeping the service lane and customer lounge clean.
  • Assist service advisors with various duties to promote customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
