Job Overview:

The selected candidate will engage with clients to facilitate meetings and collaborate closely with the team to oversee incident management and implement enhancements for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs and deliver effective solutions that are secure and sustainable.
  2. Address customer issues and relay necessary information to internal teams to assist in resolving those challenges.
  3. Ensure accountability for commitments made on behalf of the organization to the client, contributing to overall client satisfaction.
  4. Engage with the delivery team, clients, and other involved parties to fulfill commitments made to the client.
  5. Oversee new feature requests, manage the product backlog, and prioritize tasks in conjunction with the client.
  6. Facilitate Sprint Activities, including scope planning and product backlog monitoring, in partnership with the client.
  7. Present client escalations to the team and ensure they are addressed with appropriate mitigation strategies.
  8. Manage the Microsoft Service 360 ("S360") dashboard to oversee service action items and compliance activities as they are defined or identified.

Required Skills:

Primary Skill: Project Management

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online and customization
  • Experience with SharePoint security group design
  • Familiarity with Power Platforms and/or Power Apps
