The Corporate Loan Specialist II plays a crucial role in managing and executing various loan-related functions within the organization. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and agent banks.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and execute all loan-related tasks as directed by management.
- Initiate CRM Loan Service Requests for Member Syndicated and Loan Participation transactions.
- Complete all assigned training programs in a timely manner.
- Manage processing of member syndication and loan participation activities, including Libor/SOFR rollovers, loan advances, loan repricing, rate setting, principal and interest payments, and standby letter of credit fee payments.
- Handle transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, loan payments, and advances.
- Receive, assess, and relay notices from Agent Banks concerning syndicated and participation loans.
- Engage with agent banks regarding transactional matters related to member syndicated and participation loans.
- Conduct research to resolve standard issues as they arise.
- Exhibit a positive attitude while adhering to various work instructions and orders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines, procedures, and eligibility criteria.
- Complete all training on schedule and proactively participate in training sessions.
- Uphold the Bank's Code of Ethics, core values, and beliefs.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
- Contribute to the development of a cohesive team environment.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interact efficiently with various levels of bank personnel, departments, and clients.
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of relevant loan experience.
- Preferred: At least 2 years of operational experience.
- Preferred: Proficient knowledge of Fiserv Premier and related products.
- Preferred: Familiarity with AFS Vision loan accounting system.
- Preferred: Previous banking experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2+ years.
Compensation: The salary range for this full-time position is $66,560.00 - $69,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits. Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
