About the Position

True North Trust invites you to join our team as an Advanced Funeral Planning Professional. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting families through the process of pre-planning their final farewell. Your expertise will help alleviate the emotional and financial burden associated with traditional funeral planning.

You will engage with community groups and the public, enhancing the visibility and mission of local funeral homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist families in selecting burial and funeral options and memorialization, providing valuable peace of mind during a difficult time.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping families navigate the pre-planning process.
  • Developing strong relationships with community groups and funeral homes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation Package: A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
