Position Summary:
BIOTRONIK is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to enhance our Sales Operations team. This role is crucial for managing the lifecycle of purchase and sales orders, generating invoices, and addressing customer inquiries related to sales activities.

The Sales Operations Associate will deliver a high standard of support to the field sales personnel and hospital procurement departments by maintaining a thorough understanding of BIOTRONIK's products, policies, and operational procedures.

This position plays a vital role in supporting organizational objectives related to revenue enhancement and adherence to regulatory standards. Exceptional customer service will be provided to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and nurture business relationships with customers, field sales teams, internal departments, and colleagues.
2. Oversee the processing of sales orders and manage exceptions effectively.
3. Communicate with team members and field sales management to resolve issues as they arise.

4. Process and enter bulk sales orders daily through various channels to meet customer needs and business objectives.

5. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding billing, invoicing, purchase order confirmations, shipment status, returns, back orders, and credit card transactions.

6. Collaborate with Inventory Control, Contract Administration, and Accounting departments to ensure timely order processing, invoice dispatch, payment collection, and dispute resolution.

7. Work with the Customer Solutions department to guarantee accurate and prompt processing of CardioMessenger shipments and confirm patient information.

8. Adhere to Regulatory and Quality Guidelines as well as departmental standard operating procedures.

9. Participate as a Project Team Member to assist in managing and coordinating essential business needs, enhancing departmental efficiencies, or improving interdepartmental processes.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations or customer service with a focus on online order processing.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats across diverse groups within the organization.

- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering strong working relationships.
- Professional demeanor with a keen focus on detail, accuracy, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.

- High level of organization, prioritization, and initiative.
- A helpful and conscientious approach with a readiness to address challenges.

- Experience with customer resolution regarding orders, invoicing, pricing, payments, and contracts is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Project Management experience is beneficial.
- Flexibility in scheduling may be required.

Position Type/Expected Work Hours:
This is a full-time hybrid position. Standard working days are Monday through Friday, with a minimum of three in-office days per week. Work hours may vary based on the supported time zone, and occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary as job duties require.
