MH7, a mobile primary care and multi-specialty medical group, has been dedicated to serving the community for nearly 14 years.

Our providers visit underserved, geriatric patients in-person at assisted living facilities and select private residences within their designated area. The average age of our patients is 86 years.

We are seeking to expand our team of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who possess experience in Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and/or Geriatric Psychiatry. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing medications, and addressing symptoms related to cognitive impairments and mental health disorders.

Opportunities Available:

  • Part-Time and Full-Time positions

Service Areas: East Valley (including Scottsdale, Apache Junction, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and Tempe)
