Overview:

OptiMindHealth (OMH) is a leading clinician-led behavioral health company seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our team. As a PMHNP-BC, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with various behavioral health issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, working collaboratively with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals.
  • Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of sessions, and providing medication management and individual psychotherapy.
  • Perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed and/or appropriate to a wide range of presenting problems.
  • Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules with the perfect work/life balance.
  • Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities, with our back-office support team handling billing, collections, credentialing, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience working with persons who have various behavioral health issues.
  • Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s) is preferred.
