Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
Enter customer information into our CRM system.
Schedule jobs with our craftsmen based on their skill set and location.
Ensure that our schedule is packed and efficient for our craftsmen.
Return customer calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely manner.
Contact customers daily to update them on the status of their job.
Review customer calls and rate them in our Centermark Dashboard.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and office maintenance.
Work closely with our leadership team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in customer service.
Previous dispatching experience is a plus.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft suite experience.
45 WPM typing speed and ten-key skills are a plus.
Multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization skills are essential.
Critical thinking skills.
Ability to assist with additional projects and tasks as needed.
