Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Obstetrician and Gynecologist to join our team at Allina Health Lakeville Specialty Clinic. As a key member of our Women's Health service line, you will provide high-quality care to obstetrics and gynecology patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to women, including obstetrics and gynecology services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, providing education and consultation to patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being, considering cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and legal responsibilities.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team approach to case management, leveraging on-site medical imaging and other resources.

Practice Details:

  • Our Women's Health service line has eight labor and delivery locations, with 13,800 deliveries per year, 30 clinics, and a team of 53 OBGYNs, 21 OB hospitalists, and 13 Clinical Nurse Midwives.

Requirements:

  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
  • OBGYN BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required.
  • Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
  • Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
