You will work closely with the local Systems Administrator and the Regional IT Manager, following established protocols to fulfill your responsibilities effectively.

With over 57 years of experience, GPI is a renowned multi-disciplinary firm offering a range of professional services including construction, inspection, planning, survey, geomatics, design, landscape architecture, and engineering to various government and industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide help desk support for both field and office personnel.
- Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals.
- Manage user account information, including permissions and security settings.
- Assist in documenting IT systems and processes.
- Support regional and company-wide projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant IT experience.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ certifications or equivalent experience.
- MSCE / MCITP certifications are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both in-person and remotely.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Microsoft Server 2016 to 2019 is advantageous.

Requirements:
- A valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report is required.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend plans and instructions in English.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
