About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Calibration Administrator to join our Quality and Calibration Team at Textron Systems. As a key member of our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and delivering outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers.

Job Duties:
  • Process equipment and assets received and returned in the Calibration Lab using a web-based database application (MET/TEAM).
  • Schedule vendors to pickup and drop-off equipment.
  • Schedule on-site calibrations with vendors and support vendor visits.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers for information and follow-up questions concerning calibration work orders.
  • Support customers' expedite requests.
  • Update procedures and work instructions.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Source outside quotes from vendors and work with the internal procurement team to get quotes processed.
Qualifications:
  • Able to independently determine approaches to solutions with only general direction.
  • Ability to work with outside suppliers as well as internal customers.
  • Experience with Microsoft products; Word, Excel, Explorer, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Results-driven with focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle, Solumina, and ARMS.
  • Previous experience with a calibration lab.
Physical Requirements:
  • Kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions:
  • This position is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions.
  • This position is subject to noise.
  • This position is subject to a variety of physical and atmospheric conditions.
  • This position may require the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
