Important Note: Must reside and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area.

Compensation:
$129,000 + commission based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage, nurture, and convert new contacts into clients
  • Guide buyers through the complete purchasing process to identify the ideal property for their needs
  • Inform clients about relevant market trends, neighborhoods, financing options, and essential information necessary for informed decision-making in the dynamic real estate market
  • Actively work to enhance market presence and uphold a positive team reputation

Qualifications:

  • Full-time availability & Active Virginia real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one); DC and/or MD license is a plus
  • Client-focused attitude with a service-oriented mindset
  • Strong networking abilities and work ethic to build your professional reputation and financial success
  • Capability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Previous sales or consulting experience is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Must reside and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area.
