Job Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity within DataScan's Audit Intelligence (Ai) Operations Team for a motivated and results-driven Field Risk Assessment Specialist (FRAS) to enhance our national field team. In this role, you will spearhead the execution of comprehensive floorplan audits at various wholesale and retail dealer locations within your designated area. As a FRAS, your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging. You will physically verify floor planned inventory, conducting thorough inspections of dealership records, and applying your analytical skills to determine the status of missing inventory using Ai's cutting-edge mobile audit application.

You can expect a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where you will frequently interact with dealership personnel, analyze audit findings, and liaise with client representatives. Each day will present opportunities to utilize your analytical skills as you review and validate dealer records and documentation related to sold, missing, and damaged inventory units.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in risk management, acting as the custodian of inventory status by meticulously recording detailed information in our Ai mobile audit application and ensuring the authenticity of Motor Vehicle Titles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inventory verification by inspecting the VIN/serial number for each floor planned inventory unit.
  • Collaborate with authorized dealership personnel to ascertain the status of missing inventory units.
  • Review and authenticate dealer records and other documentation related to sold, missing, and damaged inventory units.
  • Confirm the status of MSOs and titles.
  • Document status information for each inventory unit in the Ai mobile audit application.
  • Record details about dealer visits.
  • Discuss audit findings with dealership personnel.
  • Communicate audit results, dealer conditions, and risk assessments with client representatives.

Job Qualifications:

This is a Remote Position , candidates must reside in Spokane, WA.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Basic computer literacy is required.
  • Occasional travel outside of the local area may be necessary.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes as needed.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Willingness to travel overnight (approximately 5 to 6 nights of overnight travel per month).
  • High School diploma or GED is required; college education is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in floorplan auditing, banking/financial services, automotive, customer service, field services, or a related industry.
