  • Direct and oversee all retail food operations for the hospital, including Starbucks, Restaurant, Cafés, Convenient Store, and Micro-Market.
  • Manage, develop, and engage with supervisors and frontline employees to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Oversee cash handling processes and POS programming and maintenance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements
