Key Responsibilities
  • Support CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD) executives with high-level administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence handling.
  • Prioritize executive's tasks and commitments to ensure efficient time management and meeting deadlines.
  • Edit and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents for executives, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

This role involves serving as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries, and relaying messages. Travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation, must be managed efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least ten years of demonstrated experience in project management and administration on a full-time basis.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supporting government agencies with a wide range of administrative services.
  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
