Role Summary: The Logistics Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Security Cooperation Program Office, focusing on Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) for Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements catering to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) assessments and evaluations for various international initiatives, requiring strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Develop tailored strategies to meet international logistics requirements and foster cooperative support arrangements with U.S. security assistance partners.
  • Assist Foreign Military Sales Case Managers and Program Managers by analyzing complex technical and program management challenges, providing innovative solutions.
  • Support the Program Office in acquiring new business and developing FMS or Security Cooperation cases, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing support.
  • Monitor program/project status and schedules, providing analytical support to program offices.
  • Oversee the execution of corrective actions and evaluate progress to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Participate in Program Management Reviews, Technical Coordination Meetings, and other significant program-related events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and over three (3) years of relevant experience in FMS, logistics, program management, or a related technical/business analysis field.
  • Additional years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
  • Active Secret or Interim Secret clearance is required.
  • This position is contingent upon funding availability.

Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position is $63,000 - $71,000, contingent upon experience and geographic location.
