Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute QMS policies and procedures to meet international quality standards
  • Provide high-level reporting on QMS performance and recommend improvements
  • Post company quality policies and ensure policy training is implemented and maintained
  • Review facility/departmental training and ensure training requirements are met
  • Execute corrective and preventive actions, including project management
  • Implement quality initiatives at facilities as required

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), material handling equipment, and storage medium
  • Knowledge of OSHA, Environmental Health and Safety, and Material Safety Data Sheets regulations and compliance
  • Ability to generate quality metrics and reports
