About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Neiman Marcus Group Careers. As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the client experience by working closely with our selling team during our busiest time of year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients into Neiman Marcus and transition them to the appropriate associate based on their service needs.
  • Work in different areas of the store based on business needs, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Process efficient Point of Sale transactions and handle escalated issues by connecting clients with a member of the management team.
  • Demonstrate follow-up on client requests, questions, and needs, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup, Alterations (online and pickups) in partnership with the Operations team and Managers on duty.
  • Partner to support Fitting Room Experiences when needed.
  • Look for opportunities to enhance the client experience by introducing our services such as Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, package carry-out or delivery.
What We Offer
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role with a proven ability to sell products and services.
  • Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
  • A willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
