About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Neiman Marcus Group. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the client experience by working closely with our selling team during our busiest time of year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Ensure clients are warmly welcomed into Neiman Marcus and provide exceptional customer service by transitioning clients to appropriate associates based on service needs.
  • Store Support: Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs, process efficient Point of Sale transactions, and handle escalated issues by connecting customers with a member of the management team.
  • Operations Support: Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup, Alterations (online and pickups) in partnership with Operations team and Managers on duty, and partner to support Fitting Room Experiences when needed.
  • Client Engagement: Look for opportunities to enhance the client experience by introducing our services such as Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, package carry-out or delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role(s) with proven ability to sell products and services.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
  • Flexibility: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
