We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office Team at the Hotel Indigo/Holiday Inn Express and Suites Downtown Austin - University. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and accounting functions during the overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process invoices, reconcile accounts, balance the cash drawer, and log receipts to ensure accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing for forecasts and audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- At least 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor.
- Excellent computer, customer service, and communication skills.
- Prior experience with Opera is a plus.
