As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable stay from reservation to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, answer phones, and respond to guest inquiries or requests.
- Front Desk Operations: Process payments, handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, and manage the operations of the front desk, including check-in and check-out.
- Reservations and Guest Assistance: Assist guests with reservations, provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, and help guests plan their stay.
- Problem Resolution: Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete daily reports, balance cash drawers, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
