Job Summary
Providence is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pace/Elderplace team. As a Community Care RN, you will provide and supervise professional, independent nursing care for our patients. Your expertise will be based in the nursing process and consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, order, give, delegate, teach, and supervise professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire
- Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of Home health RN experience
