Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses in the ICU, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide education and training to nurses and other healthcare professionals on ICU procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
