Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Management Specialist to join our team at Canon Business Process Services, Inc. As a Records Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and retrieving company records, verifying and documenting records stored in our cataloging system, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and Organize Records: Ensure that all company records are accurately cataloged, stored, and retrieved in a timely manner.
  • Verify and Document Records: Verify the accuracy and completeness of records stored in our cataloging system and document any discrepancies or issues.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all records are stored and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to client requests for records in a timely and professional manner, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Technology: Stay current with new features and functionalities of our file tracking software and ensure that all records are accurately and efficiently maintained.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • 0-1 Years of Experience: 0-1 years of experience working with records is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Records Software: Proficiency in computer skills, especially when using records tracking systems for quick retrieval, filing, and storage of files.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent customer service, professional attitude, and appearance are a must.
  • Ability to Work Overtime: Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines is required.
