The Fountain Group is seeking a skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. This role is based in the United States and involves working with field teams to develop pricing proposals and bulk purchase options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing and Contract Development: Partner with field teams to create pricing proposals and bulk purchase options that meet customer needs.
  • Contract Management: Draft, execute, and implement contract documents as required.
  • Contract Approval: Work within guidelines for contract approval, pricing approval, and contract creation, seeking approvals when necessary.
  • Urgency and Multitasking: Possess a sense of urgency and ability to work under customer-driven deadlines, managing competing priorities and multitasking effectively.
  • Contract Creation: Own contract creation from start to finish, utilizing internal and customer templates.
  • Contract Review: Review contract terms and coordinate with Legal and other departments on contract redlines.
  • GPO Contractual Obligations: Understand GPO contractual obligations and their impacts on various contracting processes and product launches.
  • Teamwork: Work in a team environment and with diverse workstyles.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business, finance, or strategic pricing and contracting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work seamlessly with remote sites and business partners, building relationships with sales personnel to be highly effective.
