  • Insurance Sales: Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support to meet their insurance needs.
  • Business Development: Develop new service opportunities with existing and new clients, identifying and pursuing new business leads.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain a strong network of contacts, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills, to ensure seamless interactions with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • License Requirements: Obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and quotas, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
