Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Wintrust Financial. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, developing existing and new customer relationships, and driving sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily branch operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive branch sales and revenue growth
  • Coach and develop branch staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Resolve escalated customer matters and provide exceptional customer service
  • Establish and enhance the bank's presence in the local community through networking events and outreach efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous retail banking and managerial experience preferred
  • Previous business development experience and experience working with small business customers
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
