Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled C2BMC Capability Owner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with warfighters, acquisition staff, and contractors to refine mission needs, develop operational concepts, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand mission needs and develop capability statements
  • Document operational concepts and build consensus on system usage
  • Identify key capability gaps and quantify mission needs for business growth
  • Work with the C2BMC National Team and other organizations to accomplish diverse and broad-reaching missions
Requirements
  • Top Secret clearance required prior to starting
  • Strong problem-solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills
  • Experience with software development and/or Agile Methodologies
Desired Skills
  • Ability to perform technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation
  • Ability to analyze data at all levels of total system product
  • Ability to ensure logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in a team environment

Pay rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington, or Washington DC is $118,100 - $226,400.
