Home Financing Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Home Financing Advisor to join our team at First Federal Bank. As a key member of our mortgage lending department, you will be responsible for advising our clients on their home financing options and providing expert guidance throughout the mortgage process.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss their home financing needs and provide personalized advice.
  • Analyze client financial data to determine eligibility for mortgage loans and recommend suitable options.
  • Work closely with our mortgage underwriters to ensure that all loans meet our high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in mortgage lending, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of financial institution products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
