About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team at Total Quality Logistics. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Team to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with the Sales Team and customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Team to provide competitive pricing and rates.
  • Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems.
  • Collaborate with the Support Team to ensure seamless shipment execution.
  • Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
  • Become a subject matter expert for our new transportation services.
