Job Summary

Excellent Healthcare & PRP Services is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Diagnostic Assessments: Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide Individual and Group Therapy: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Develop and implement treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Provide Board-Approved Supervision: Provide board-approved supervision to designated team members, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Related Field: Possess a master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid License as LCSW-C or LCPC: Hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC).
  • At Least One Year of Experience: Possess at least one year of experience working in mental health, providing counseling, psychotherapy, and related social services to individuals.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
