Ideal Candidate:

We seek enthusiastic and distinctive mental health professionals, including Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LCPC and LMSW-C). The ideal candidate embodies creativity, authenticity, and a commitment to providing quality mental health services while thriving in a flexible and supportive environment.

Qualifications:
  • A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution, with a trajectory towards licensure
  • Full licensure is required
  • Experience in developing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients
  • Timely submission of service documentation and related paperwork
  • Experience working with a diverse clientele
  • Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance providers.
Preferred Experience:
  • Fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid Maryland license
  • Experienced in working with children, adolescents, and teenagers
  • Credentialing with insurance panels is preferred for fully licensed clinicians
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mental health evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25-27 client sessions weekly (part-time options available)
  • Deliver outstanding client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance community mental health
  • Employ creative strategies in therapeutic interventions to help clients meet and exceed their goals
  • Prepare and submit session documentation for each client
  • Coordinate care with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff as necessary
  • Participate in clinical meetings and training sessions
  • Manage copayments and deductibles.
  • A sense of humor is a valuable asset in this role.
