We are in search of enthusiastic and distinctive mental health professionals, including Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and Therapists (LCPC and LMSW-C). Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution, with a trajectory towards licensure in the respective field.
  • Full licensure is required.
  • Experience in developing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
  • Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Timely completion and submission of service documentation and related paperwork.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse clientele.
  • Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance providers.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid Maryland license are preferred.
  • Experienced professionals focused on serving children, adolescents, and teenagers.
  • Credentialing with insurance panels is advantageous for fully licensed clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health evaluations, formulate and execute treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25-27 client sessions weekly (part-time positions are also available).
  • Deliver exceptional client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance community mental health resources.
  • Employ innovative interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual session documentation.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff as necessary.
  • Participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Collect client copays and deductibles.
  • A sense of humor is beneficial in this role.
