Key Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis intervention and support services as needed.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Current licensure as a LCSW-C or LCPC in the State of Maryland.
  • At least two years of experience in outpatient mental health settings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse populations and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
