About the Role

As a Family Preservation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing intensive in-home and community-based counseling services to youth and their families. This position requires a licensed clinician who can assess family dynamics, provide individual and family counseling, and refer clients to additional needed services.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as experience in delivering mental health services to children and families with complex needs. Training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy is preferred.
