About the Job

The Home and Community Based Services Aide is responsible for providing support and assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and household functions to enable individuals to remain in their own homes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing or assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, and oral hygiene.
  • Assisting with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care.
  • Reporting observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • At least six months of experience in home care.
  • Successful completion of a competency evaluation.
  • A valid CPR certification.
  • A current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
