Job Title: Human Resource Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Talent & Development Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent & Development Department, including answering phones, greeting applicants and visitors, and forwarding correspondence.
  • Assist in screening applicants and preparing requisitions for Shoes and VIA passes.
  • Manage and update communications within FGF Brands, including Communication Boards and FGF 24.
  • Process invoices for payment and maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Exhibit teamwork and willingness to help others, and follow established Departmental and Organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year working in an HR function or related experience required.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to delegate and assume responsibilities to drive programs to hit deadlines.

Work Environment: This position is located in a fast-paced office environment and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
