Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, stamping, and routing invoices for delivery, working closely with the sales teams to ensure accuracy, and expediting prioritized routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage invoices for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with sales teams to resolve inconsistencies and improve sales performance
  • Work with the sales manager and driver manager to prioritize routes and accommodate delivery restrictions
  • Expedite prioritized routes and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Prepare and post outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping procedures, including circulation of weekly warehouse reports to staff
  • Assist with sales promotions and marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, accounting, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel
  • Professional, courteous communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9AM – 6PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. The pay range is $22-$30/hour.
