Job Title: Program Coordinator

Operation Homefront is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team in Missouri. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of assigned programs, community events, outreach, and fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating all Field Office program activities and special events
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones and emails, office purchases and budget tracking, and accounting duties
  • Coordinate volunteer program, recruiting and maintaining a pool of volunteers for program needs
  • Research and compile donor information, write grants and applications to gain sponsorship and donations
  • Establish and maintain database of corporate relationships and cooperative arrangements
  • Write content for online communication and electronic newsletters

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in fundraising, program delivery, and/or event coordination in the nonprofit sector
  • Experience with high volume phone and email communication
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable MVR (annual)
  • Criminal background check
  • MS Office Programs
  • CRM, VolunteerHub experience a plus
