Role Responsibilities:

As our selected Community Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing the living experience for residents. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting residents in finding their ideal homes
  • Overseeing and mentoring property staff
  • Enforcing community guidelines
  • Conducting regular property assessments
  • Fostering a positive atmosphere within the community

To Succeed in This Position:

  • Experience in Manufactured Housing or Property Management is essential
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to make swift decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Willingness to reside on-site
  • Capability to identify improvement opportunities and propose enhancements for operational efficiency and profitability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with NetSuite or Manage America
  • Knowledge of manufactured housing
