Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) proficiently
  • Accurately document vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
  • Assist in obtaining prior authorizations for medications and special tests
  • Conduct electrocardiograms as needed
  • Perform Holter monitor testing (training provided)
  • Administer bone density tests (training provided)
Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Experience with EMR systems, preferably AthenaHealth or similar
  • Familiarity with insurance dashboard for prior approvals
  • Strong adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates compassion, respect, and ethical standards
