We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at TRS Staffing. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and servicing heavy machinery to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and service heavy machinery to meet customer expectations
- Maintain and safely operate assigned service trucks and company-owned tools and equipment
- Complete assigned work with minimal rework and ensure high-quality results
- Work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to resolve issues
- Complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate records, including time clocking and collection records
- Trade school completion preferred
- Extensive knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, diesel engines, and other relevant areas
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
TRS Staffing offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $30-$40 per hour. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and challenging environment.
