Descripción del Puesto:
El puesto implica la responsabilidad directa de establecer y documentar la elegibilidad de los clientes para diversos programas y beneficios.


Funciones y Responsabilidades:

  • Encargarse de las admisiones, actualizaciones y cumplimiento de normativas.
  • Gestionar la programación de citas de los clientes.
  • Investigar y resolver problemas de elegibilidad de los clientes de manera exhaustiva, oportuna y precisa.
  • Responder de manera oportuna a las consultas sobre elegibilidad de los miembros de partes interesadas internas y externas.
  • Solicitar la información necesaria para determinar la elegibilidad de manera precisa y oportuna.
  • Mantener la confidencialidad de todos los asuntos comerciales.
  • Conservar archivos de documentos de elegibilidad entrantes y nuevas referencias de clientes.
  • Completar inscripciones y renovaciones de clientes.
  • Realizar mediciones de resultados para los clientes.
  • Completar auditorías internas y preparativos necesarios para auditorías externas.
  • Actualizar manualmente los datos de elegibilidad de los miembros en la base de datos de Servicios al Cliente.
  • Gestionar renovaciones de emergencia de clientes y solicitudes de asistencia.
  • Proporcionar orientación a los clientes como profesional de la salud.
  • Referir a los clientes a gerentes de casos que necesiten servicios adicionales.
  • Otras tareas según se asignen.

Requisitos y Calificaciones:

  • Título de asociado o 3+ años en el campo del VIH; la experiencia puede sustituir la educación.
  • 1 año de experiencia previa en la determinación de elegibilidad de Ryan White preferido.
  • Familiaridad con aplicaciones de Microsoft Office.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente y efectiva con clientes de poblaciones desatendidas.
  • Capacidad para colaborar de manera eficiente y efectiva con un conjunto diverso de compañeros de trabajo.
  • Fuertes habilidades de gestión del tiempo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.
  • Excelente conocimiento técnico y empresarial.
  • Se prefiere el dominio del español.
