Pediatric Hospital Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Pediatric Hospital Coordinator. This key position will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks within the hospital-based practice and assisting with physician, guarantor, and hospital communication and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Attend and actively participate in leadership meetings to stay informed and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Effectively communicate with healthcare providers regarding billing and coding matters to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Prepare and manage medical billing documents for our services to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Work location will be split between West Boca Medical Center and Bethesda Hospital, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory/manager level healthcare position.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Bilingual skills required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Acute attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external staff.
