Behavioral Therapist

To the Moon PLLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist - Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our Behavior Technicians, conducting skills assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities- Clinical Supervision: Provide regular clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians, including monitoring the implementation of programming and behavior plans, conducting skills assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Skills Assessments: Conduct skills assessments, including ABLLS-R, ABAS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, or AFLS assessments, to identify client strengths and needs.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goals and objectives, to address client needs and promote behavioral change.
- Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of behavioral interventions, including behavior plans and programming, to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
- Parent Involvement: Collaborate with parents to ensure their involvement in treatment planning and goal setting, and provide regular updates on client progress.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including session notes, treatment summaries, and discharge reports.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and support to Behavior Technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality services.
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a Behavioral Therapist or Clinical Supervisor in a similar setting.
- Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility for certification.
- Skills: Strong clinical and supervisory skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
