We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Alliance ABA Therapy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities- Home-Based ABA Services: Provide one-on-one ABA services to youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities in a home-based setting.
- Behavior Coaching: Offer behavior coaching to parents and support client caregivers through various methods, including training and clinical supervision.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other professionals from various agencies in the community, including social services, schools, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Training and Supervision: Participate in training and clinical supervision that focus on integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic strategies.
- Client Support: Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize the effectiveness of interventions as delineated in client treatment plans.
- Program Implementation: Implement behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst.
- Data Collection: Collect data and complete treatment notes as required.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience working with children; experience working with children who have developmental disabilities/Autism preferred.
- Certification: Must have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 30 days of employment.
- Skills: Highly proficient computer skills and the ability to effectively support individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Competitive Salary: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- Flexible Scheduling: Availability to work weekday mornings and evenings and 9a-3p on weekends.
