Position Type:

Full-Time, In-Person Work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project success by leading through example.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance initiatives and ensure Quality Control of all on-site work.
  • Conduct final inspections of assigned projects.
  • Facilitate regular and productive meetings with installation partners.
  • Exemplify integrity, enthusiasm, and accountability, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address installation inquiries from clients.
  • Complete necessary documentation as required.
  • Communicate company policies and procedures related to installation and service.
  • Stay informed about relevant local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in low-slope roofing.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Willingness to acquire additional skills as needed.
  • Comfortable with heights and capable of climbing ladders exceeding 30 feet.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Business Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Flexibility in scheduling during peak seasons.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions as necessary.
  • Proactive problem solver with a focus on enhancing service quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly wage ranges from $25 to $30, commensurate with experience and proven performance, along with benefits such as:
