Job Title: Exterior Remodeling Department Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Exterior Remodeling Department Manager to oversee the installation process of our window and siding projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in siding or window installation management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Installation Coordinators to ensure accurate scheduling and efficient job execution.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and managerial responsibilities to support the installation teams.
  • Make informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with company goals.
  • Prepare and manage computerized orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the installation process.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in siding or window installation management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and computerized order management.
